“More! More! More!” Is Becky Hill Leaning Into the Pressure
Released in late May 2026, “More! More! More!” arrived as part of the rollout for Hill’s third studio album, Rebecca. The song is all about the push-and-pull of doing too much, still feeling like it is not enough, and trying to keep moving because slowing down can feel even scarier.
That tension is baked right into the record. The production keeps charging forward while Hill sounds caught between total control and total overload — which is probably why it hits even harder in a live setting.
Her TRNSMT Set Was a Full New-Music Statement
This was not Becky turning up to run through a greatest-hits victory lap. The surprise King Tut’s Stage slot was built specifically to introduce her new era, with Hill telling the crowd she wanted to play them nothing but brand-new music.
The set included “>>>hands on me<<<,” “So Boring,” “Daddy’s Range Rover,” “Lost The Plot,” “What Do I Have To Do?,” “Changes” and “More! More! More!” before she closed with familiar favorites “Afterglow” and “Disconnect.”
The gamble got a mixed reaction in the field, with some festivalgoers booing when they realized the set would be mostly unreleased or unfamiliar material. Hill later addressed the moment directly, saying she was “not a jukebox” and wanted the opportunity to introduce the music she had been working on.
And frankly, that is exactly why this performance belongs here. Performance Choice is not always about the safest crowd-pleaser. Sometimes it is about catching an artist in the middle of a reset, pushing the next thing before everybody else has caught up.
