Depending on how you use the site, INYIM Media may process information that you provide directly and technical information generated through normal website use.

When you leave a comment, WordPress may store the information entered in the comment form together with technical information such as your IP address and browser/user-agent string. Your email address is not intended to be displayed publicly. If you include a website URL, that link may be associated with your public comment.

Comment information may be retained as part of the published conversation, moderation history and anti-spam process unless removal is appropriate under applicable law or editorial policy.

INYIM uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and engagement and Google AdSense to support advertising. These services may use cookies, device information, identifiers and similar technologies according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Newsletter subscriptions are handled through Mailchimp. If you subscribe, your email address and related subscription information are processed by Mailchimp for delivery and list management. You can unsubscribe using the link included in marketing emails.

Stories may include embedded or linked content from services such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify and other platforms. Interacting with those services can allow the third party to collect information under its own privacy policy, particularly if you are signed in to that service.

Other service providers may assist with hosting, security, analytics, advertising, email delivery, content distribution or site functionality. Those providers process information according to their own agreements and applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other action involving personal information. Some rights depend on whether a particular privacy law applies to INYIM and to the specific data involved.

You can also manage cookies through your browser and, where shown, through site or advertising privacy controls. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not treated by all third-party services in the same way; INYIM may also honor legally required universal opt-out signals when supported by the applicable service and configuration.

Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. INYIM does not use one blanket retention period for every category of data.

• published comments and associated moderation records may remain with the site unless there is a valid reason to remove them
• newsletter information may remain with the mailing-list provider until you unsubscribe or the record is otherwise removed
• analytics and advertising data are retained according to the settings and policies of the services involved
• correspondence may be retained when reasonably necessary for editorial, legal, security or business purposes

INYIM uses HTTPS and standard site-security practices intended to protect the website and information processed through it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

INYIM is a general-audience entertainment publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the site.
