Vanity Fair may have gotten some feathers and underwear in a knot over this year’s all-male featured cover for its annual Hollywood Issue.

The mag’s 32nd annual special edition rolled out three covers stacked with actor extraordinaires: Jeremy Allen White, A$AP Rocky, Glen Powell, LaKeith Stanfield, Callum Turner, Riz Ahmed, Jonathan Bailey, Harris Dickinson, Andrew Garfield, Paul Mescal, Michael B. Jordan, and Austin Butler.
However, all anyone wants to chat about is—where are all the gals?
Sure, there’s plenty of mixed reactions to the cover stars. We’re however here for it. It’s done with finesse and what comes across as a lighthearted yet strong feature cover.
Specific highlights we’d like to shout out are very deserving Jeremy, Harris, Callum, Andrew Garfield—and that sums it up. As for the rest? Moving on…
Vanity Fair has made the right choice in highlighting men. It shouldn’t always be about choosing over something else. In this case, women. We’ll soon see an all-women this and that. Hopefully following, it’ll be Black this and that. Latins, Gay, Asians, et cetera!
It’s the cycle of media life. C’mon other media heads out there—quit making something out of nothing for the sake of content production. It’s tacky and lazy. Amid the current political climate and just the world as a whole, look at this editorial piece as something dapper, adorable, and fun to look at.
That’s all folks! C’est la vie!

ICYMI: Vanity Fair’s Hollywood Issue has historically mixed ensembles—last year spotlighted Margot Robbie and Florence Pugh alongside male leads. This year’s pivot to an all-male lineup is already trending across socials, with Jeremy Allen White’s cover shot pulling the most engagement.
