FLO Bring “Leak It” Stateside With a Slick TODAY Performance
British R&B trio FLO are bringing “Leak It” straight into American living rooms.
Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma and Renée Downer took over TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle with a live performance of the single, giving the track another major U.S. television moment as FLO continue pushing their latest era stateside.
Released on March 20, 2026, “Leak It” introduced a bolder phase for the group, pairing their signature harmonies with a playful, more overtly pop-leaning edge. The single later became part of FLO’s 2026 project THERAPY AT THE CLUB.
The original track arrived through Island Records and was framed as the start of a new chapter for the trio. FLO themselves described it as tapping into the feeling of being young girls listening to girl-group records and feeling empowered — which makes a glossy daytime-TV performance feel pretty on-brand for where they are now.
And performance-wise, this is exactly why FLO continue to stand out: the harmonies stay front and center, the choreography never overwhelms the vocals, and the whole thing feels polished without sanding away the personality.
