FLO Turn A Bad Spell Into Pure Girl-Group Medicine

FLO have unleashed today’s dynamite video-visual with “Remedied,” a glossy burst of pop-R&B medicine built for anyone ready to break a bad spell and remember exactly who they are.
Released July 24, the Amy Allen-assisted track arrives ahead of the British trio’s sophomore album, Therapy at the Club, now due August 7 through EMI. Renée Downer, Stella Quaresma and Jorja Douglas take the album’s healing-through-a-night-out concept and push it toward its most playful, chaotic and instantly singable form.

Remedied Sounds Like The Exact Moment The Mood Finally Breaks
“Remedied” captures the point where staying stuck begins to feel more exhausting than changing the situation. The production stays bright and uptempo, giving FLO enough open space to trade lines, stack harmonies and let their individual tones remain distinct inside the group blend.
The song does not treat healing like a solemn private ceremony. Its cure is movement, friendship, a little glamour and the decision to stop allowing one bad chapter to control the entire night.
FLO first teased the track through a Liquid I.V. campaign, but the completed release makes clear that “Remedied” was always designed to live beyond an advertisement. It has the speed, hooks and vocal personality to stand comfortably inside the group’s growing catalog.
Amy Allen Helps FLO Build Pop Without Losing The Vocals
The trio wrote “Remedied” with Amy Allen, whose pop instincts have helped shape records for artists including Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Dean. Here, the collaboration delivers something streamlined without sanding away the vocal details that make FLO sound like FLO.
The group has said the track was created as a fun pop song that still gave them room to sing. That balance matters. “Remedied” moves quickly, but the harmonies, ad-libs and conversational handoffs keep it from becoming anonymous playlist filler.
There is even a deliberate flash of Christina Aguilera inspiration in the song’s attitude and vocal freedom. FLO take that early-2000s pop-R&B spirit and run it through their own British cadence rather than pretending their influences appeared from nowhere.

Therapy At The Club Turns A Night Out Into Emotional Release
FLO describe their second album as personal, honest and unafraid to feel everything. For the trio, the club is more than a destination. It is the place where a terrible day can be interrupted, a girls’ bathroom can become an emergency support group and the right song can temporarily return someone to themselves.
“Leak It” brings the confidence, the title track carries the vulnerability and “Remedied” arrives as the fun counterpart—the friend who has heard enough analysis and is now physically pulling everyone toward the door.
That range suggests Therapy at the Club will not confuse emotional honesty with staying in one mood. Healing can be reflective, messy, loud, glamorous or all four before last call.

With a Grammy-nominated debut already behind them, FLO are entering album two with more eyes watching—but also with a clearer sense of how much personality their harmonies can carry.
