Lady Gaga makes her return to music with her debut single “Applause” off her third studio album Art Pop. The track is written and produced by Lady Gaga and DJ White Shadow and harkens back to Gaga’s first album The Fame  with its vocals and new wave synths that flood the electro pop tune.

The video for “Applause” is directed by Dutch fashion photographers  Inez & Vinoodh  clipping Gaga in a spastic bevy of fashion forward ensembles thats almost too quick to appreciate.
