Today’s Vid-Visuals of the Day belongs to 8485 and Danny Brown with “G.I.R.L.” — a collaboration that sounds like two very different corners of the internet colliding and somehow making perfect sense.
The track itself is produced by Doin’ Fine, but the visual is where the whole idea really starts to mutate. “G.I.R.L.” — short for “Good In Real Life” — plays with the increasingly blurry line between online identity, fantasy and whatever still counts as reality once the cameras are rolling.
