First look alert! Disney’s Hexed has conjured up its first animated teaser, opening the door to Hexe, a wild world of witches, magic, family secrets and one unconventional teen discovering she may have been powerful all along.
Welcome to Hexe, the world of witches. Walt Disney Animation Studios’ all-new magical coming-of-age saga follows Billie, an impulsive and unconventional teenage girl voiced by Hailee Steinfeld, who discovers that what makes her feel strange may actually be secret magical power.
The first teaser sends Billie and her cautious mother, Alice, voiced by Rashida Jones, out of suburbia and into a spectacle-filled witch realm where family mysteries, enchanted objects and a much bigger destiny begin revealing themselves.

Disney Animation Opens the Spellbook on Hexed
Hexed is Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 65th animated feature, arriving exclusively in theaters on November 25, 2026. The film is directed by Fawn Veerasunthorn and Jason Hand, with Josie Trinidad as co-director.
The voice cast also includes Tracey Ullman as Ms. Quill, an enchanted feather quill pen, and Stephen Fry as Elias Quire, a magical journal who seems to know a little too much about Billie’s strange new path.
Basically, Billie thinks she is the problem. Hexe may prove she is the answer.
