Madonna and Alberto Guerra Are The One for Dolce & Gabbana
Dolce & Gabbana brings together Cuban actor Alberto Guerra and the one and only Queen of Pop, Madonna, for a simmering new chapter of its iconic The One fragrance campaign.
Photographed and creatively led by Mert Alas, the campaign places the pair inside a warmly lit hotel suite where satin sheets, tailored black suspenders, lingerie and deep amber fragrance bottles do most of the talking.
The visual story celebrates 20 years of The One, first introduced in 2006, while presenting two intensified additions to the house’s fragrance family: The One Eau de Parfum Intense and The One For Men Parfum.
Madonna leads the women’s fragrance story while Guerra fronts The One For Men, creating a cinematic back-and-forth built around desire, jealousy, confidence and playful seduction.

Twenty Years of The One
Dolce & Gabbana launched The One fragrance family in 2006. Two decades later, the house returns to its familiar language of Italian elegance, heat and confident glamour without turning the anniversary into a quiet retrospective.
Instead, Madonna and Guerra occupy a richly textured world inspired by 1970s Italian cinema. The rooms are dark, the lighting is amber and the chemistry stays intentionally charged.
Madonna also recorded an exclusive Italian-language rendition of Patty Pravo’s “La Bambola” for the campaign film. The song gives the visual story an extra layer of theatrical drama while keeping Madonna firmly in command of the scene.
The fragrances echo the same heightened approach. The One Eau de Parfum Intense moves through pink pepper, mandarin, blackcurrant, jasmine, vanilla and amber, while The One For Men Parfum combines black pepper, nutmeg, Tarocco orange, tobacco, vetiver and warm amber accords.
These are not shy fragrances, and this is certainly not a shy campaign.
