The Rainbow Bridge, connecting Jefferson County and Orange County over the Neches River, is back in action after months of closures and traffic chaos. Drivers between Port Arthur and Bridge City know this beast well: steep incline, towering height, and a drop that makes your stomach do a full gymnastics routine.
