One Baltimore Property Owner Chose Strategy Over a Long Standoff

That’s right—one no-nonsense Baltimore businessman decided he was not waiting around for an endless property dispute to solve itself.

Sanchez Deandre Lewis, also known as Mikey, says he used a mix of timing, strategy and wooden boarding to regain control of a property occupied by people he described as squatters.

Rather than charging into a direct confrontation, Lewis waited until the occupants stepped outside. He then moved quickly to secure the building, boarding entry points and preventing them from simply walking back inside.

The footage shows the alleged occupants returning to find their access blocked. Lewis remains outside while explaining that the property has been secured and that they will not be allowed to resume living there.

It is the kind of scene that instantly satisfies viewers who have followed stories of owners becoming trapped in slow-moving legal disputes over unauthorized occupants. Still, squatter and tenancy laws vary by location, and property owners generally need to follow local procedures rather than attempting a risky removal themselves.
