When Tee Karis of southwest Denver, saw a 9NEWS broadcast announcing Janet Jackson was taking submissions for a chance to meet the singer, she submitted her daughter Aubry.
The chance to go to the concert and meet the singer was part of her celebration of 20 Under 20 – 20 people under the age of 20 whose lives and work have enriched their communities in a major way.
Fourteen-year-old Aubry spends much of her time volunteering and helping tutor children in the special needs class at her school.
