Allow Us To Re-Introduce Chloe Qisha — Questions and All

Time to bust that groovy playlist. Allow us to re-introduce you to Chloe Qisha and her latest saucy single, “Question Of The Day.”
The track is the newest taste of Qisha’s upcoming mixtape Fantasize, due October 30, 2026, and it arrives with the exact kind of sly, dance-floor pop personality that has been making her increasingly hard to ignore.

And the song itself was basically born from everybody hitting a wall. Qisha wrote it in Los Angeles in February 2026 with Julia Michaels, Steph Jones and Ilya Salmanzadeh after a more serious idea stalled out. Then Michaels started chanting “Question Of The Day” as a joke, Ilya found the bassline, somebody threw out a more provocative question, and suddenly the palette cleanser had become the song.

That happy accident fits the record. “Question Of The Day” moves with funk and disco in its bloodstream, but the writing keeps it from turning into simple retro dress-up. Qisha sounds playful, curious and very aware that one supposedly innocent question can turn into a much saucier one before the bass has even finished its lap.
Chloe Qisha is also one of the names in new pop to seriously keep an eye on — and she is quickly becoming a new INYIM favorite. She feels like part of the wave shaping what comes next rather than chasing what already worked. There is something natural about her presence: attention-grabbing without looking like she is fighting for it, polished without losing personality, and just left-of-center enough to keep you watching. In a lane that can get overworked very quickly, Qisha makes it all feel easy in all the right ways.
It also pushes Fantasize into clearer focus. The mixtape follows “Baby Girl,” “So Sad So Hot,” “YDH” and “Surprise Surprise,” with Qisha describing the project as a record of roughly the last year and a half of her life — experiences, feelings, growth and all the messy little details that come with them.

There is also a neat bit of studio chaos baked into the original demo: Qisha has said the microphone was passed around during the session, with Julia Michaels, Steph Jones and Qisha each riffing different sections while the group piled into the chorus. You can hear why the finished version feels less calculated than sparked.
That is the fun of Chloe Qisha right now. The songs are polished enough for the big room, but there is still enough oddball instinct underneath to keep everything from becoming anonymous pop furniture. “Question Of The Day” asks plenty. The answer, apparently, is turn it up.
Fantasize arrives October 30. Until then, bust that groovy playlist and let “Question Of The Day” do the interrogating.
