Chloe Qisha is a Malaysian-born, London-based singer-songwriter whose glossy indie-pop balances sharp hooks with candid, often darkly funny writing. After moving to the United Kingdom as a teenager, she began releasing music in 2024 with “VCR Home Video” and quickly developed a polished pop identity through songs including “I Lied, I’m Sorry,” “21st Century Cool Girl” and “YDH.” Her 2026 album Fantasize expanded that sound with bigger production while keeping her wide-ranging vocals and conversational songwriting at the center.
