“Frank Lin is a young fashion designer based in southern Germany. Born and
raised in Stuttgart and Hamburg as a son of a German mother and a Taiwanese
father, he graduated in fashion design in Munich. With his bachelor
collection, he won the “Best Graduate Award 2018” selected by an independent
international jury as well as the MODA PORTUGAL fashion award in the category
“Best German Collection”.
His brand FRNKOW offers minimalistic menswear with a sensual twist, combining classic
and traditional pieces with soft silhouettes. The timeless wardrobe essentials
are made in Europe to last beyond season.
Inspired by the ancient Greek ideal “Kaloskagathos” and the idea that boys and
young men should be led not only to spiritual but also to moral and physical
beauty, the collection combines elements of classic and traditional menswear
with soft feminine silhouettes.
