So what was once “the Will Forte movie that may never be released” has become something much stranger and better: a finished film that survived the corporate shelf and actually made it back to audiences.
He Also Gets Into Netflix’s The Four Seasons
Forte also talks about making Netflix’s The Four Seasons, the ensemble comedy co-created by Tina Fey, Lang Fisher and Tracey Wigfield. Forte stars as Jack alongside Fey, Colman Domingo, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Marco Calvani and Erika Henningsen.
The series has already moved beyond its debut season, giving Forte another lane for the particular mix of awkward sincerity and left-field comedy that has followed him from Saturday Night Live through MacGruber, The Last Man on Earth and beyond.
