Susan Dell’s looks aren’t computing — but Yamaneika has problems for everybody.

Susan Dell’s looks aren’t computing on You’re The Problem…with Yamaneika! — but that is only one stop in an episode that ricochets from Toronto travel chaos and Alexander Skarsgård’s see-through footwear to Dr. Oz’s workout, politics and some particularly messy listener relationship problems.

And if that isn’t enough, oh gals and gents, there’s plenty more. Yamaneika Saunders opens the episode on a genuinely emotional note about her cat Richard possibly having lymphoma and the way frightening news can suddenly reorder everything you thought was urgent. From there, though, she does what she does best: takes the week apart one problem at a time.

You’re The Problem...

Yamaneika has a problem with practically everything this week.

Susan Dell, Alexander Skarsgård’s shoes, Dr. Oz, Toronto hotel heat and two relationship disasters all enter the chat.

Toronto Nearly Gets Dragged Before Yamaneika Decides It Saves Canada

Her Toronto recap becomes its own miniature comedy set. After joking that traveling with Chelsea Handler may have improved her chances at the border, Saunders declares that “Toronto saves Canada” and then immediately starts cataloging everything that tested that goodwill.

There is the hotel that wanted her to wait until late afternoon to check in. There is the room without proper heat, followed by the offer of a space heater when what she really wanted was another room. And there is an extended food spiral involving disappointing scrambled eggs, pasta with no flavor and white cheddar popcorn that, in her telling, tastes suspiciously Canadian.

Yet somehow Toronto survives the review. The city is cool, the dinner is good, and she is even converted to chickpea-crusted calamari. Canada gets bruised. Toronto gets invited back.

Alexander Skarsgård’s See-Through Shoes Start a Full Fashion Face-Off

Then comes Alexander Skarsgård. Saunders makes it very clear that the True Blood alum remains, in her words, a “Nordic fox.” The problem is everything happening below the ankle.

She clocks his transparent Saint Laurent shoes immediately, comparing the peekaboo footwear to everything from beauty-supply slippers to shoes with entirely too much real estate in the front. The suit does not escape either. Her final ruling is less “one bad accessory” and more that the outfit and the shoes are dragging each other down.

Then Yamaneika brings herself into the trial, pulling out her own Rick Owens shoes — the pair someone once told her made her look like she was skiing — and asks viewers who wore it worse. Naturally, she votes for herself as the winner.

Susan Dell Becomes the Episode’s Messiest Beauty-Standards Debate

The episode’s biggest pivot comes when Saunders turns to Susan Dell and the online reaction to her White House appearance. The clip being discussed raises a familiar question: why does public conversation around women so quickly become a referendum on how they look?

What makes Yamaneika’s response more complicated — and much more You’re The Problem — is that she agrees with the underlying criticism while continuing to roast Dell anyway. Saunders says she knows firsthand how disproportionately women’s appearance gets scrutinized and how easily their perceived attractiveness becomes tangled with whether people value what they say.

Then she proceeds to reject the idea that acknowledging that double standard means nobody can ever comment on a look. The result is a deliberately contradictory bit: yes, women are judged too harshly on appearance — and yes, Yamaneika still has notes.

Dr. Oz’s Workout Has Yamaneika Asking One Very Specific Question

Dr. Oz later appears demonstrating a posture exercise for people who spend too much time bent over a computer. Yamaneika, however, becomes far more interested in what the workout appears to be doing for his chest.

Her question is immediate: which exercises are responsible for all that? She already has enough in that department, thank you very much, so she needs to know which part of the routine to avoid.

The Listener Letters Bring Ghosting, Borrowed Money and a Secret Close Friends List

The final stretch turns to listener letters, where the problems somehow become even more personal. One listener reconnects with a high-school acquaintance, spends nearly every day with him, and then watches him pack up his belongings and disappear after she asks to talk about the relationship.

Yamaneika’s advice is not to chase the reaction he appears to be trying to provoke. Her version is considerably less delicate: if somebody does not want you, stop begging and move on.

Another listener discovers that the man she has been dating for three months has blocked her from his Instagram Stories while maintaining a Close Friends space where, he claims, he can be “vulnerable.” Unfortunately, he has already cried in her bed, borrowed $200 and asked her to inspect a suspicious bump on his backside.

When a friend reveals that his hidden Stories include thirst traps, Yamaneika’s diagnosis is instant: he is still hunting. Her closing advice? Get out — and get the $200 back.
