Catch cutie patootie, Trevor Noah in a forthcoming YouTube show he’s hosting.
The master comedian and former Daily Show ringleader will be live at a World Cup watch party during some 25 matches in the tournament, which begins in June across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The upcoming tournament marks the first time the FIFA World Cup will be hosted across three countries, making it one of the most globally ambitious editions of the event yet.
Fresh music, bold entertainment, and men’s fashion—one tight email a week.
Noah shall be sharing, as he puts it:
“The only thing that’s more exciting than watching every World Cup match is watching it with my best friends and new friends — and even my enemies who choose to support the wrong teams. No suits, no stiff analysis, just full-on fans watching the greatest show on earth. Ole!”
The biggest marketing selling point is inviting friends, elite footballers and top digital creators to watch and provide commentary and conversation on the games.
Instead of traditional sports broadcasting, this series leans into live reactions, banter, guest drop-ins, and fan energy — more group chat than studio panel.
We’ll most definitely be watching all the strong daddy long-legged players running up and down the sweaty, soiled field…
INYIM Did You Know?
- This will be one of YouTube’s largest live sports-adjacent creator projects to date.
- Trevor Noah has previously hosted major global events including the Grammy Awards and White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
- The 2026 World Cup will feature 48 teams, the largest field in tournament history.
This feels like the perfect low-stakes, high-energy way to watch the World Cup without pretending to be a football expert.
