Neil the Seal from South Tasmania is a ginormous elephant seal hailing from the skies of southern Tasmania.
He returns annually for a winter moult at Pelican Point in Longley.
Local po-po are reminding the brain cell missing walking dead humans of the world to maintain distance from the famous majestic animal.
