Meet Bone Jovi, the tiny feline apparently in charge of security at The Bone Museum in Brooklyn, New York. Which is already a perfect sentence, honestly.
According to ABC News / Good Morning America, Bone Jovi is the museum’s resident cat and unofficial guardian of a collection of human bones and anatomical specimens. He roams the galleries, greets visitors, keeps watch over the bones and, most importantly, appears to take his job title very seriously.
A tuxedo cat named Bone Jovi has become a visitor favorite at The Bone Museum, where he patrols the galleries with bone-shaped flair.

Bone Jovi reportedly joined the museum after being adopted during a Best Friends Animal Society adoption event last June. Operations Director Masha Potemkin told ABC that visitors now come in just to see him, while others discover the cat bonus after arriving for the bones.
The museum says Bone Jovi was officially adopted in June 2025 and quickly made himself at home, exploring the exhibits, greeting staff and sliding into daily museum life like he had always been on payroll.
