Yelle are a French dance-pop group founded in 2005 by vocalist Julie Budet and producer Jean-François Perrier, known as GrandMarnier, with Tepr joining for much of the project’s history. They first broke through online with “Je veux te voir” before the 2007 album Pop Up introduced their colorful mix of electro-pop, French pop and club music internationally. Safari Disco Club, Complètement fou and L’Ère du Verseau expanded that playful electronic identity through songs including “Ce jeu” and “Je t’aime encore.” New remixes and releases in 2026 showed the project remained active two decades after forming.
