VV Brown

VV Brown is a British singer-songwriter, musician and producer from Northampton whose work has moved through indie pop, rock, electronic music and more experimental territory. She broke internationally with the 2009 album Travelling Like the Light and the single “Shark in the Water,” then used later records including Samson & Delilah and Glitch to push beyond her early retro-pop image. Her catalog reflects a long-running interest in genre shifts, independence and Black British identity.
