Robin S. is an American singer whose commanding vocal performance on “Show Me Love” became one of the defining house records of the 1990s. Born Robin Stone in New York, she broke internationally after the song’s 1992 remix turned its organ-driven groove into a global club and pop hit. Her debut album Show Me Love also produced “Luv 4 Luv,” while later recordings including “I Want to Thank You,” “It Must Be Love” and new remixes kept her closely connected to house and dance culture. “Show Me Love” remains one of the genre’s most enduring crossover standards.
