Off her seventh studio album, “All for You.” Janet Jackson’s “Someone to Call My Lover” famously sampled two songs. “Ventura Highway” by America and “First Gymnopédie” by Erik Satie.

The looped guitar riff in “Someone to Call My Lover” is a sample from America’s tune. While the looped piano melody played throughout the chorus is an interpolation of Satie’s jam.
