“Andres Koma‘s Spring/Summer 2017 collection “The translucent Mind: Get the best possibility by transcend the boundaries” is aesthetically inspired by Robert Irwin – the installation ‘Double Blind’ which consists of thirty room-high frames with translucent fabric stretched over them following the lines of the grids that define the room and thus forming three volumes. The light, layer and appearance are changing from different point of views. To transcend the boundaries in this season, feminine fabric such as organza, mesh fabric are used in over-size silhouette and masculine way, black t-shirt with mesh layer, pajama shirt in organza, 3M reflective material on trench coat. All these are evoking our mind to get the best possibility outside the ordinary thinking.
