When two INYIM Media inspirations collide: "Stumptown" actress Cobie Smulders to replace "Glow" Actress Betty Gilpin who was set to play tree monster/public figure, Ann Coulter in ‘Impeachment: American Crime Story’. 

Betty Gilpin was originally intended to portray the role on the upcoming FX drama. Unfortunately due to scheduling complications during the pandemic, now enigmatic actress Cobie Smulders shall showcase her stellar acting chops.

The series is based on the book “A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President” by Jeffrey Toobin.

The new installment of the limited series will examines the national crisis that led to the first impeachment of a U.S. President in over a century through the eyes of the women at the center of the events: Monica Lewinsky (Beanie Feldstein), Linda Tripp (Sarah Paulson) and Paula Jones (Annaleigh Ashford).

Both actors would be superb for the role. So it's no suprise the casting has taken place the way it has. Netflix's Glow and ABC's Stumptown have both been an "INYIM Media Preferred", TV-Show staples for the last 3 years.
