SKINS Builds A Whole Cast In UNVAIN Form

UNVAIN has unleashed its Spring/Summer 2027 collection, SKINS, during Berlin Fashion Week — and the brand is not exactly easing into the room quietly.

The collection begins from the inside out, building each look from an imagined character before letting the clothes do the talking. Think less moodboard, more personality file: each silhouette moves like its own episode, with the attitude written into the seams before the model even hits the runway.

According to FY Magazine!, SKINS pulls its structure from the British series Skins, where every episode belongs to a different character. UNVAIN takes that idea and turns it into a runway system: one look, one person, one little world of tension, softness, grit, and immaculate fashion damage.

The materials keep that push-pull alive. Deadstock leather, upcycled fur and feathers, sheer fabric, aged textiles, imposing outerwear, delicate slips, and hard lacing details all circle the same idea: luxury that does not need to look freshly buffed to be expensive. Very Berlin. Very sharp. Very “do not ask me to smile for the step-and-repeat.”

Founded in Berlin by Robert Friedrichs, UNVAIN has built its world around raw minimalism, industrial detailing, and a stripped-back elegance that still knows how to bite. With SKINS, the label leans deeper into character dressing — not costume, not cosplay, but clothing with a pulse.
