New Orleans Police are spilling deets that rodents are infesting their offices getting high from seized marijuana being stored in their evidence room. 

Police Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick shared with New Orleans City Council members. Describing the vermin infestations and decay at the offices that has housed New Orleans police since 1968, where officers have found rat droppings on their desks!
