Legacy house Saint Laurent unraveled its Men’s Summer 2027 collection during Paris Fashion Week, with Anthony Vaccarello once again sharpening the line between restraint, seduction and cinematic polish.

According to FY Magazine!, the collection explores the contemporary need for more drama and the consequences of turning away from it. Very Saint Laurent, in other words: the clothes look calm, but the mood is always operating in the dark.

The runway leaned into a cleaner kind of tension, letting elongated tailoring, translucent surfaces, pale tones and barely-there sensuality carry the charge instead of heavy theatrics.

Anthony Vaccarello’s Men’s Summer 2027 collection balances airy tailoring, translucency, pale color and the house’s precise after-dark charge.

GQ described the show as one focused on lightness and restraint, with soft unlined jackets, airy knits, pale blues and bright peaches cutting through the heat of the Paris season.

The presentation itself unfolded at the Bourse de Commerce, where a fog installation by Fujiko Nakaya heightened the collection’s sense of visibility, mystery and controlled reveal.

Vaccarello’s men are still polished, still dangerous, still built for rooms where the lighting matters. But this season loosens the hand. The silhouettes breathe more, the surfaces flash more skin, and the palette shifts away from Saint Laurent’s harder nocturnal codes into something sunlit but no less sharp.

It is Saint Laurent drama without screaming. The kind that enters the room slowly, lets the fabric do the flirting, then disappears into the fog before anyone gets too comfortable.
