Relaxed Denim With a Little ’90s London Attitude
Stylist Tona Stell keeps the proportions loose and uncomplicated: double-denim trucker looks, relaxed jeans, chambray shirts, white tees and lightweight layers that feel more lived-in than overly styled.
The collection gradually moves beyond blue denim into beige, pale washes and brown, with polos, hooded jackets and layers tied at the waist carrying that easy late-summer-to-fall mood.
There is also a nice bit of fashion symmetry happening here. Pepe Jeans began on Portobello Road in 1973, so putting Maurits back on the streets of Notting Hill more than five decades later feels less like a random backdrop and more like a proper homecoming.
