Prada has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2027 Menswear collection, and the house is cutting through the noise with a sharper, leaner and more intentional fashion statement.

Presented by Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons, the collection is framed by the house under the title “CLARITY”, built around the idea of choice, conscious decision, precision and distillation. Rather than simply stripping things back, Prada is treating the wardrobe as something fundamental, meaningful and freshly reconsidered.

That approach shows up in the silhouette. The season leans into body-conscious lines, shrunken proportions, skinny trousers, cropped jackets, tight knits, leather, denim, translucent whites and the kind of offbeat Prada styling that makes a familiar garment suddenly feel strange, strict and new again.

Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons’ SS27 menswear collection distills the wardrobe into sharper choices: lean cuts, cropped proportions, leather, denim and deliberate clarity.

The shift feels especially pointed after seasons of oversized comfort dominating menswear. Prada is not merely reviving skinny clothes for nostalgia’s sake. The collection gives tightness, cropped shapes and exposed proportion a cooler, more clinical edge, turning the return of the skinny fit into a conversation about control and decision.

There is still plenty of Prada weirdness inside the discipline. Retro prints, sleek bags, streamlined shoes, unexpected textures and deliberately awkward proportions keep the collection from becoming too clean. The result feels like a wardrobe edited down to its essentials, then slightly rewired.

For Spring/Summer 2027, Prada seems less interested in abundance and more interested in what happens when a garment becomes exact. Every piece feels chosen. Every proportion feels argued. Every familiar menswear code arrives with a little tension under the surface.

The gallery continues Prada’s SS27 CLARITY story through lean trousers, cropped jackets, translucent whites, leather, denim and the controlled weirdness only Prada can make feel inevitable.

Prada has always understood that minimalism is more powerful when it is slightly unsettled. SS27 proves the point again, giving the runway a clean line, then bending it just enough to make the whole thing interesting.

In a season already circling the return of slimmer menswear, Prada’s version feels less like a trend report and more like a declaration: the new shape is not about looking back. It is about choosing what stays, what goes and what becomes sharp enough to matter.
