Zoe Saldaña Gets Caught — More Than Once
Nicole starts the interrogation with everything from Crossroads and Star Trek trivia to whether Zoe could actually hold onto classified information under pressure.
Then things get wonderfully messy. Zoe admits she has pretended to like a movie a friend appeared in — and even pretended to like one of her own movies when she really did not.
The machine also refuses to let her get away with claiming flattery does not work on her. After two signs of deception, Zoe finally gives it up: words of affirmation are apparently her love language.
And yes, her mother really did once confuse her with Thandiwe Newton after seeing a poster for Traffic. Families will keep you humble.
Nicole Kidman Is an AMC A-Lister for Life
Once Nicole takes the hot seat, Zoe goes straight for the career résumé, the Oscar, vacations and the internet moments that refuse to die.
Most importantly, we finally learn that Nicole’s now-iconic AMC campaign came with a proper perk: AMC made her an A-List member for life.
She also says strangers still approach her and ask for the line — you know the one — and admits the whole phenomenon remains a little embarrassing. Meanwhile, that famously odd Oscars clap? Nicole says she was protecting very expensive jewelry from smashing together.
By the end, the two Oscar winners reach one very important conclusion: despite playing formidable intelligence operatives on television, they would probably make terrible real-life Lionesses if lying were required to save the nation.
Honestly, we believe them.
