Handsome, smoldering actor Nicholas Galitzine has entered thee VMAN chat. The British star fronts VMAN 57 for Fall/Winter 2026 in a polished “Fall In Line” cover story that is very aware of the face card — but considerably more interested in what Galitzine plans to do with the career behind it.

Photographed by Luigi & Iango and styled by Anna Trevelyan, the editorial pushes Galitzine through a sharp menswear wardrobe spanning Emporio Armani, Prada, Balenciaga and Saint Laurent, with jewelry from Tiffany & Co., Bulgari and Cartier punctuating the looks.

The accompanying profile, written by Elyssa Goodman, deliberately looks beyond the usual swoonworthy treatment. Galitzine talks about spending the better part of a decade trying to widen the industry’s perception of him, pointing to actors including Christian Bale, Robin Williams, Paul Newman and Ryan Gosling as examples of the kind of range he admires.

And the timing fits. His next stretch of work includes the psychological thriller The Return of Stanley Atwell opposite Damian Lewis and the sports drama The Mosquito Bowl, which VMAN notes is headed to theaters on October 30 before arriving on Netflix November 25.

Galitzine has also moved behind the camera, serving as an executive producer on the 2025 fantasy 100 Nights of Hero and continuing to build producing work alongside acting. In other words: handsome leading man? Obviously. Content to stop there? Apparently not.

The conversation also stretches into Masters of the Universe, public perception, authenticity and the strange experience of repeatedly being cast as princes, romantic ideals and larger-than-life fantasy figures. VMAN’s angle is less “look at Nicholas Galitzine” and more “look at what Nicholas Galitzine is trying to become.”

Fashion-wise, however, we are still absolutely allowed to look. Emporio Armani does a lot of the heavy lifting across the story, including formal coats, shirts, vests and wide-leg trousers, while Prada, Balenciaga and Saint Laurent push the editorial into sleeker, sharper territory. The jewelry rotation is equally polished, with Tiffany & Co., Bulgari and Cartier threaded throughout.

The full creative team includes Stephen Gan as creative director and editor-in-chief, Jamie Taylor on grooming, Greg Krelenstein on casting, Bell Soto on video and Santiago Montes on video editing. It is a thoroughly VMAN production: movie-star polish, luxury menswear and just enough severity to keep the whole thing from getting too pretty-pretty.

Galitzine has spent years being presented as the fantasy. VMAN 57 catches him at the more interesting point — when the fantasy starts deciding exactly what it wants to do next.
