Hubert Kacprowicz moves through leather, denim, neon makeup and playful banana-fueled chaos in Marco Pionato’s BOYS!BOYS!BOYS! editorial.

INYIM Media Fashion Editorial: Hubert Kacprowicz in BOYS!BOYS!BOYS!

Model Hubert Kacprowicz moves from leather-clad intensity to denim, flowers, neon makeup and full banana-powered mischief in “BOYS!BOYS!BOYS!”

Photographed by Marco Pionato and styled by Francesco Cuzzi, the playful fashion story originally appeared as an exclusive for FY Magazine! Online in Spring 2021.

The editorial begins with a darker fashion attitude. Hubert crouches in chunky boots and a varsity-style leather jacket before slipping into head-to-toe black leather against a deliberately wrinkled white studio backdrop.

From there, the mood changes completely. Raw denim, green-and-blue eye makeup, heavy silver chains, flowers and one very committed banana enter the frame.

Serious model face on one page, tongue out and banana in hand on the next. That is range.

Leather Attitude Meets Studio Minimalism

Pionato keeps the physical setting intentionally simple, using white fabric across both the floor and background. Rather than hide its folds and wrinkles, he leaves them visible, giving the images a tactile, almost homemade studio energy.

The plain surroundings allow the opening leather looks to carry all the weight. Hubert shifts from a severe close portrait with the jacket pulled over his head to a full-body stance in a black blazer and matching trousers.

His controlled expression and the polished leather initially suggest a far more severe editorial. The visual joke is that the story refuses to remain there for long.

The leather may be serious, but “BOYS!BOYS!BOYS!” has other plans.

Denim, Neon Color and Playful Chaos

The middle of the series trades monochrome leather for dark denim patched with green-and-blue camouflage. Hubert wears the jacket open with matching jeans, moving between direct portraits and exaggerated floor poses.

Makeup and hair artist Giuseppe Tamburrini then shifts the beauty direction through roughly painted green, yellow and blue pigment across Hubert’s eyes and nose.

Silver chains and rings sharpen the playful close-ups while Hubert stretches his mouth, sticks out his tongue and plants his face directly into the camera’s personal space.

Francesco Cuzzi’s styling lets masculinity move between polished, athletic, camp and completely unserious without asking permission.

The closing banana sequence completes the transformation. Hubert’s earlier polished distance gives way to laughter, exaggerated poses and the kind of knowingly ridiculous fashion image that makes an editorial memorable years later.

Leather, denim, flowers, neon pigment and a banana—Hubert Kacprowicz makes every version of the boy worth photographing.
