The visual language moves from white through green, gray, greige and finally black, but the clothes do not suggest decay so much as accumulation. The house’s familiar ease is still here, only roughed up. Double-breasted jackets appear crinkled or embellished, trench coats look faded or gradient-dyed, sheer layers soften structured pieces and pleated trousers keep the silhouette moving. In several looks, sparkle is not treated like decoration dropped on top; it behaves more like residue left on the clothes.
One of the collection’s clearest ideas comes through denim embedded with treated salt crystals, turning an everyday textile into something closer to stone, mineral or geode. Elsewhere, mesh necklaces carry crystal amulets and beaded surfaces sit against washed tailoring. The effect is glamorous, but never too polished.

The presentation unfolded at the Armani/Teatro in Milan, the Tadao Ando-designed space opened by Giorgio Armani in 2001. That setting gave the collection another layer: concrete, time, surface and memory all meeting inside a house preparing for its next creative chapter.
The opening looks placed menswear and womenswear side by side, a quiet nod to the longstanding roles of Dell’Orco and Silvana Armani. From there, the collection kept accumulating texture until the final black waistcoat arrived covered in raised, bead-topped ridges — less a full stop than one last physical trace of the people who shaped this chapter.
