AWGE unleashes Spring/Summer 2027 “Anti-War Global Economics” from A$AP Rocky — a runway manifesto built from military codes, streetwear instinct, luxury fabrication and the kind of controlled chaos that has become part of Rocky’s fashion language.

Presented in Paris at Accor Arena, the collection arrived ahead of Rocky’s Don’t Be Dumb concert at the same venue, collapsing the line between runway and stage in a way that feels completely natural for AWGE. The show itself was staged off the official Paris Fashion Week calendar, with a warship-style set and a military-inflected procession framing the clothes.

The title gives AWGE a new seasonal meaning: “Anti-War Global Economics.” Rocky has described the collection as an open-ended idea rather than a neatly packaged slogan, using fashion to look at war, power, money and the systems that keep circling each other. The result is not anti-military imagery so much as military imagery turned inside out.

There are gold-embroidered military jackets, trompe l’œil versions printed onto jersey, army-green bombers and trousers treated like suiting, gauzy veils inspired by medieval chainmail, padded vests worked into poplin shirts and wraparound plaid skirts that tip the collection from soldier to punk without asking permission.

Then comes the oil slick. Glossy black capes, varnished surfaces, slicked sleeves and caps that look dipped in petrol give the lineup a darker industrial sheen. Elsewhere, money becomes decoration: dollar bills run down trouser legs and flare outward as handheld fans, turning economics into literal styling.

The footwear plays the same high-low game. AWGE’s partnership with PUMA brought new and unreleased Straycat sneakers to the runway alongside a navy PUMA Suede, while Rocky’s role with Ray-Ban surfaced in reflective lenses, semi-rimless aviators and brighter elastic-banded frames.

And that is really the AWGE trick here: army boots beside Louboutins, military references pushed through Italian production, streetwear meeting concert wardrobe, and a collection title that sounds like a thesis statement without ever becoming a lecture. “Anti-War Global Economics” is deliberately messy because the world it is pulling from is messy.

Rocky has been building toward this fashion language for years, but SS27 feels especially direct. AWGE is no longer simply orbiting music, merchandise or collaboration culture — it is behaving like a label with its own visual system, its own recurring arguments and enough confidence to put all of them on a Paris runway before the concert even starts.
