Barry Harris is a Canadian producer, singer-songwriter, musician, DJ and remixer whose career links synth-pop songwriting with club culture. The Toronto artist created Kon Kan in 1988 and scored an international hit with “I Beg Your Pardon.” He later formed the remix duo Thunderpuss with Chris Cox, producing major dance remixes for artists including Whitney Houston, Madonna, Britney Spears and Donna Summer. Harris continues releasing music under Barry Harris’ Kon Kan, including a new album in 2026.
