Adult DVD are a six-piece dance-punk band from Leeds, England, built around vocalist Harry Hanson and synth player Greg Lonsdale. The group’s lineup also includes guitarist and synth player Danny Blackburn, synth player Jake Williams, drummer Jonathan Newell and bassist George Manson. Formed during the COVID-19 lockdown period, the band developed a sound that joins jagged indie rock, pulsing electronic grooves, post-punk energy and acid-house influence. Their releases include the Fountain of Youth EP (2023), Next Day Shipping EP (2024), and singles including “Because I Like It” and “Real Tree Lee.” Adult DVD signed with Fat Possum Records in 2026, ahead of their self-titled debut album, scheduled for September 25, 2026.
