Acne Studios unleashed its Spring/Summer 2027 menswear threads during Paris Fashion Week, with Jonny Johansson turning the office into something far more slippery than a place with bad coffee and fluorescent lighting.

According to FY Magazine!, the collection looks at the workplace as a kind of everyday social experiment, where personal uniforms, quiet hierarchies and individual expression start bending the rules of corporate dressing.

Vogue Runway also notes that Johansson wanted to explore the “unspoken hierarchies” of the workplace through menswear, treating office life not as stiffness, but as a playground for subverting wardrobe codes.

Corporate dressing gets beautifully weird.

Jonny Johansson rewrites office uniforms with chinos, denim, leather, argyle knits and Acne’s familiar jolt of oddball cool.

The collection plays like a staff meeting where every personality came dressed as their own little thesis. There are chinos, cut-off chinos, denim chinos, a classic Acne biker jacket, and a white denim-on-denim moment that carries the brand’s off-kilter ease.

Then come the pieces that turn the office language sideways: layered argyle knitwear, shiny nylon satin, reversible blousons, scribbled-on shirt-and-tie graphics and motivational-ish tees that feel like corporate away-day merch filtered through Acne’s stranger brain.

What makes it click is that Johansson does not treat the workplace as a uniform system. He treats it as social theater. The boss, the deputy, the receptionist, the intern, the commuter, the overachiever — everyone gets a costume, and every costume gives away just a little too much.

That is very Acne Studios: familiar clothes pushed into a stranger mood, everyday pieces made slightly unruly, and classic menswear codes loosened until personality starts leaking through the seams.

Corporate, but make it emotionally complicated. Officewear, but make it Acne.
