Music trailblazer, Kelis reveals her seventh studio album is almost finished, marking her first full-length project in 12 years.
The upcoming album will follow 2014’s Food, which featured “Jerk Ribs,” “Rumble” and “Friday Fish Fry.” Since debuting with Kaleidoscope in 1999, Kelis has continued to experiment across R&B, hip-hop, electronic, funk and soul, with records like “Caught Out There,” “Milkshake,” “Trick Me,” “Millionaire” and “Bossy.”
She hasn’t revealed a title, release date or tracklist yet, but she says the album is “almost done.”
