Knox Jolie-Pitt Brings His Own Fight Club Energy to the Muay Thai Ring
Mister Knox Jolie-Pitt debuted his unique and incomparable fighting style during a sweaty, high-energy, spandex-filled evening in Downtown Los Angeles.
It was a full-throttle Muay Thai exhibition match. Ala his sperm pops, Brad Pitt’s 1999 hit film Fight Club, Knox stepped into the ring ready to throw a few punches and kicks of his own.
The intense energy showed off all his skills and then some. Footage from the match catches Knox taking several hits while keeping his footing, continuing to kick and landing a few blows of his own.

This was not the young starboy’s first trip into the martial arts world, either. Knox previously competed in an IKF Point Muay Thai Technical event, where he took home a win while his mother, Angelina Jolie, and twin sister, Vivienne, reportedly supported him from the crowd.
There is more to the sport than simply entering a ring and swinging. Muay Thai demands conditioning, timing, balance, defensive awareness and the ability to keep your mind together while another person is actively trying to knock your rhythm sideways.
Knox appeared to understand the assignment. He kept working through the pressure, stayed engaged and gave the crowd a proper look at the training behind his increasingly public love of the sport.
After the competition was over, the young starboy exited swiftly in an SUV with bodyguards nearby.
Funny, isn’t it? A little ironic. Security waiting outside after he had just spent the evening proving he knows how to defend himself.
Obviously, this is all fun and games for the young chap — as it should be. Still, we can imagine the situation may have gone down a little something like this: “Mom, really? Escorted guards? I can protect myself.”
And yes, the easy Fight Club comparison was always waiting nearby. But this is Knox’s own thing. Rather than pretending to fight on a movie set, he is putting in the training and stepping into the very real, disciplined and occasionally brutal world of martial arts.
