On Monday, May 19, 1980, the day after lan Curtis died. Band members Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook and Stephen Morris got together to dissolve Joy Division.
And on that very Monday the saddest day of their lives. New Order was born.
Three years later, on March 7, 1983, Blue Monday was unleashed. It defined the 1980s dance scene.
