‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’ Sleigh Rides Back into Top 10 Via Billboard 200

Vince Guaraldi Trio’s A Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack re-enters Billboard’s Top 10, nearly 60 years after its 1965 release.

Vince Guaraldi Trio’s soundtrack to the A Charlie Brown Christmas animated TV special is baacckk!!

Back in the top 10 that is—via the Billboard 200 chart (dated Dec. 13).

It’s actually the first time in almost three years. The album was last in the top 10 on the Jan. 7, 2023 chart, when it ranked at No. 10.

It’s also jingling across the Kid Albums and Independent Albums charts, climbing from 10–4 on Top Album Sales.

Originally released in 1965 on Fantasy Records, the soundtrack has become a perennial holiday staple, with “Linus and Lucy” and “Christmas Time Is Here” still defining the season.

A great warm fuzzy nostalgic indeed!

The Guaraldi Trio’s holiday classic is back in the Billboard Top 10. Comment below—what’s your go-to Christmas soundtrack?
