🎤 LL Cool J is back and solo-hosting the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, live from the glitzy UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. The show kicks off Sunday, Sept. 7 at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET, simulcast on MTV and CBS, and streaming via Paramount+ Premium, DirecTV, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV, and Philo2.

This year’s VMAs are stacked with performances from Lady Gaga, Doja Cat, Post Malone, Sabrina Carpenter, Tate McRae, The Kid LAROI, and more. Expect a fiery Ozzy Osbourne tribute featuring Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, YUNGBLUD, and Nuno Bettencourt, plus special honors for Mariah Carey (Video Vanguard Award), Ricky Martin (Latin Icon Award), and Busta Rhymes (Rock the Bells Visionary Award).
