Christina’s intention with rerecording & performing these select tracks was to pay homage to the music in a way that honors the girl she was 25 years ago while remaining authentic to the woman she is today.

This Live Spotify Anniversaries episode introduces new versions of beloved tracks, featuring musical guests Sabrina Carpenter, duetting on What A Girl Wants, and mgk shredding a guitar solo for Genie In A Bottle. Christina is also reunited with Producer Ron Fair & Songwriter Heather Holley from the original album’s recording. Christina & Ron reminisce on her earliest days as an Artist, and Heather joins Christina for the performance of “Obvious,” a ballad they wrote together over 25 years ago.
