Apparently while ‘The Hoff’ was being celebrated on Comedy Central last night, someone in the creative department(or lack off department) decided that kicking things off by frightening the booze right outta Tara Reid’s palms was a brilliant way to set off the festivities. Or not. What I’m thinking is, WHAT WOULD OUR MOTHER MATRON CHELSEA HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PHOTO OPT?!
