In case you were wondering kiddas, Syd Barrett was an English singer, songwriter, guitarist and artist. He is most remembered as a founding member of psychedelic rock band Pink Floyd. He had much influence on the group’s musical and stylistic outlook in their early work, although he left the group in 1968 amidst several speculations.
