Sunday Kind Of Love: From The 1934 Technicolor “Good Morning Eve”

A 1934 Technicolor short, Good Morning Eve sends Adam and Eve time‑hopping from Eden to Florida, starring Leon Errol, June MacCloy, and Vernon Dent.

Today’s “Sunday Kind Of Love” is a feature from the 1934 Technicolor gem Good Morning Eve.

Starring Leon Errol, June MacCloy, and Vernon Dent. Directed by Roy Mack.

In this short musical comedy, Adam and Eve go on an adventure through time that whisks them from the Garden of Eden, to the Roman Empire, King Arthur’s court, and finally a beach resort in modern‑day Florida. (One of the earliest Technicolor two‑reelers, it was part of Warner Bros.’ push to show off color filmmaking before it became industry standard.)
