Owen Cooper just became the youngest Emmy nominee following this week’s announcement.
Of course, it’s for his role in the Netflix series Adolescence.
He’s nominated in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or TV Movie category. If he wins, he will also become the youngest male to ever win an acting Emmy.

Cooper, 15, plays Jamie Miller in Adolescence, a controversial and critically acclaimed drama that has sparked global conversations about youth, online culture, and radicalization. The show has already earned him wins at the Gotham and IndieWire Awards.
