Nikki Glaser has two things to say about the viral Jennifer Hudson Show spirit tunnel—as an uncoordinated white woman, she’s not having it.
She declares: “As an Uncoordinated White Woman, I Tried to Put My Ass Into It, but I Don’t Have One.”

The Saturday Night Live sketch takes aim at the now-iconic “spirit tunnel” segment, where celebs dance through a cheering hallway before sitting down with J-Hud. We adore the chaos. Nikki? Not so much.
Fresh music, bold entertainment, and men’s fashion—one tight email a week.
The spoof is styled like a faux antidepressant commercial. It opens with Glaser staring solemnly out a rain-streaked window. Cue voiceover:
“Are you anxious? Overwhelmed? Have you stopped feeling like yourself? Are you overcome with an intense feeling of foreboding and dread? If so, you may be one of the many celebrities who are scheduled to dance through the Jennifer Hudson spirit tunnel.”
It’s a pitch-perfect parody of daytime TV’s relentless cheer—and the existential dread it can trigger in the less rhythmically inclined.
The sketch aired during SNL’s November 2nd episode, hosted by Maya Rudolph, with Glaser making a surprise cameo. (She’s currently on tour with her The Good Girl stand-up show, hitting cities through early 2026.)
Press play on all the hilarity.
